Healthy Chickpea & Spinach Wraps


Healthy wraps, very quick and easy to make. Simply add your favourite filling. They can be kept in the fridge for up to three days or they are suitable for freezing for up to 3months.


Ingredients,

  • 1 cup of chickpea flour

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ cup of arrowroot powder

  • 1 cup of spinach (optional)

  • Coldwater (enough to make a pancake consistency)


Method.

  1. Sieve both the chickpea flour into a bowl.

  2. Add the salt, turmeric, and arrowroot.

  3. Add to the blender with enough cold water to achieve a pancake batter (be careful not to add too much water. Also, add the washed spinach if using.

  4. Lightly brush a frying pan with grapeseed oil, pour a ladle of batter into the pan, and gently spread.

  5. Cook for approx 1 minute on each side on a very low heat setting, until the batter, has set.
