Who we are?

Power of Plants, is a small local business, basedin Birmingham, West Midlands. dedicated to making nutritious, delicious food. If you are starting your plant-based/vegan journey, then look no further.

Our meals are made to order, using whole ingredients, prepared in my kitchen at home in Birmingham. No fancy chefs, state of the art equipment or fancy qualifications. Just a passion for cooking, real life situations, inspiration, experimenting, personal development and healing.

My Food

For me, most importantly is nourishing your body with goodness and looking forward to every mouthful. I like to experiment with different combinations to add textures and flavours. I decided, if I was going to change the way I eat for my health, then I need to commit myself wholeheartedly. 

The meals I share with my clients is the food I cook for myself. My ingredients are well thought of, I choose foods that are both flavoursome and nourishing from the moment it hits my pan. I use cold pressed oils, such as grapeseed, hemp & avocado oil (cold pressed protects and preserves the nutrients. I flavour my food with freshly ground spices and as many fresh herbs to compliment my meals. I have chosen a variety of meals, which I feel you will all enjoy.

I am passionate about my cooking and what I eat. I want to share this with you and for you to experience the many benefits of plant-based eating.

At Power of Plants we reduce our waste, we recycle & shop smart. Together if we all do our bit to help the planet, it will have a huge impact for future generations. All of our packagings is eco-friendly. I believe this is the best alternative to plastic and is rapidly biodegradable helping aid sustainability.

My Logo - Tree of Life

The logo was created by my younger son. The tree of life represents growth as a tree starts out as a small, delicate sapling and grows over a long time into a beautiful giant strong tree.

The tree grows up and outwards, representing how a person grows stronger and increases their knowledge and experiences throughout their lifetime.

The colours on the logo, are the chakra colours associated with specific energy centres located throughout the body

I was so impressed with my Son’s fabulous creation, it is perfect!
